The first part was focused on a TV commercial about Pepsi cans, lost by elves, who were preparing a Christmas-themed party. Users had to decide, which elf stole the drinks. A few days later, the chatbot solved a mystery - it was actually a group of influencers, who stole the Pepsi! Then, we teased the contest and brought the Christmas spirit to Pepsi fans’ phones.

This chatbot was distributed on their Global fanpage and was meant to show amazing effects of using their eyelash serum. We did exactly that with a simple, yet very eye-catching AR effect. To make the chatbot more useful, we’ve added a product-oriented module, which allowed users to click-through to brand’s website, a FAQ section and Where to Buy? piece, where users could share their location and find the nearest store with L4L products.
